• Can I change something in my order after it has been already placed?

If you need to make any changes in your order, please contact us (via contact form) immediately after receiving a confirmation e-mail. We usually process your order within 2-4 hours. When your order status is changed to "preparation in process" we are no longer able to apply further changes.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

  • Can I return an item?

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    We process your order as soon as possible. When your order has been confirmed, we prepare it and give it away to delivery company and your order status will be changes to "shipped". Normally our postal service delivers the goods within 3-6 business days in Europe and up to 14 business days worldwide. Please notice that we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier, custom control or any other unusual circumstances. The preparation and delivery times can be influenced by public holidays in Andorra and Spain. Your order can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number after the goods were admitted by the postal service.

  • Can I track my shipment?

    Yes you can! Once your package has been given to the post, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. 

  • Do I need to create an account and what are the benefits?

    You are not obligates to create an account, however we encourage to do so! It makes your checkout much faster and by logging in you can follow the history of your orders. You can also find the tracking numbers of your shipments.

  • Which countries does www.nicotine-pouches.com not ship to?

    Due to certain restrictions we do not ship our products to USA, South Africa, Egypt, Sweden and Eswatini.

  • I only received part of my order, where is the remaining part?

    Please notice that if you purchase more than one roll, they will be shipped in separate packages. We always process your purchase in one go and ship a complete order on the same day, however it happens that packages get split on their way to the country of destination. If you are missing some of you packages, please do not worry, surely the rest will be delivered to you shortly! 

  • Can I choose a different carrier or express delivery?

    Unfortunately we do not have any choice of carriers, however we are shipping with great service called Pay Light, that is fast and traceable! 

  • My delivery takes longer than expected, what shall I do?

    If you are waiting for you order for longer that estimated delivery time provided by our carrier, please make sure that you have provided us with the correct address or contact your local post office. With the tracking number you can always check where your parcel is currently traveling. Please note that nicotine-poches.com is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs controls, public holidays, sever weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. Also, remember to make your order a bit quicker in December during the busiest time of the year for postal services! 

  • Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?

    We sell nicotine pouches in rolls (packs of 10 cans). Therefore, the minimum order is 1 roll.
